Remove or add any property to the view by clicking 'Remove From View' or 'Add to View' in the center of the page. To duplicate a property, select 'Clone'.

Creating Custom Properties

1. Access Creation Menu:

Click '+ New Property' at the top of the page to open a menu titled 'Create Property'.

2. Define New Property:

Fill in the 'Name' of the new property and define the 'Type' of information it will hold.

For example, to create a property for a contact's personal Facebook URL, name the field 'Facebook URL' and select 'Website' under Field Type. This means a valid URL is required for this property.

You'll see a preview of your selections. There are various 'Field Types' to choose from:

  • Single-Line Text - Accepts any text entry.

  • Multi-Line Text - A larger text box for extended entries.

  • Number - Accepts numerical entries only.

  • Phone Number - Accepts numerical entries in a specified telephone format.

  • Website - Requires an entry in the standard URL format.

  • Email Address - Requires an email formatted entry.

  • Dropdown Option - Allows you to create a field with multiple selectable options.

  • Yes/No - Lets users select Yes or No as a response.

  • Multiple Checkbox - Lets users select more than one option when completing the field.

  • Date & Time - Creates a widget for users to select a date and time.

  • Date Picker - Allows users to select a date from a widget.

  • Time Picker - Lets users pick a time from a widget.

Once content with your new property, click 'Create' at the bottom of the page.

Your new property will automatically be added to your view by default at the bottom of the list. You can 'Rename' or 'Delete' the property anytime by clicking the respective buttons.
