Step-By-Step Guide to Recovering Your Password
1. Initiate Password Recovery:
Navigate to the login dashboard login page.
2. Initiate Password Reset Email:
Enter the email associated to your account. If there is no account with the given email, you'll see a prompt that says 'No accounts found with the given email!'. After the correct email is input, you'll be able to press on the 'Forgot Password?' button, proceed as needed.
Note: If you forgot your login email, you can select the 'Forgot email?' option for email recovery.
3. Check Your Email:
After pressing 'Forgot Password?', you'll see a button prompting you to 'Send Mail' which will send a password reset to the email you input.
Note: If you do not see the email in your inbox, make sure to check your spam folder. You can also verify your email filtering options if needed with your email provider.
4. Reset Your Password
The email you receive should have a 'Reset Password' button. Press on the button and type in your new password and confirm that password by typing it in again in the field below. Press on 'Reset Password' and that should complete the process.
