Step-By-Step Guide to Accessing the Automations Logs

1. Access Applications Menu:

Hover over the navigation bar to the left of the dashboard and select ‘Deals’.

2. Navigate to the Automations Logs Tab:

In the 'Deals' application, locate and select the 'Automations Logs' tab. This tab helps you monitor various deal automations in your sales pipelines.

Understanding Automations Logs Table

The Automations Logs table contains several columns, each providing different information about the deal automation:

  • Deal Name - Displays the associated deal's name and its expected value. You can click on the highlighted deal name to access its card.

  • Associate Business - Displays any business contact record linked with the deal.

  • Associate Person - Displays any person contact record linked with the deal. This person contact is required to complete email or SMS automation.

  • Current Deal Stage & Pipeline - Displays the current stage of the deal within the selected sales pipeline.

  • Current Deal Automation - Shows the latest scheduled automation for this deal within the pipeline.

  • Status - Indicates the current status of the deal automation. 'Queued' means it is scheduled for later, 'Successful' means completed, and 'Failed' indicates an error occurred.

  • Triggering/Triggered On - Displays the precise date and time when automation occurred or is expected to happen.

  • Next Deal Automation - Displays the automation to follow the current one. If there is none, it reads "No Additional Automation."

Filtering Automations Logs

You can filter the automation logs to only display relevant deal automations. Filter options are located in the first column.

Note: You can apply multiple filters simultaneously.

  • Status - Check the box next to an automation status to display only automations with that status.

  • Deal Automation - Check the box next to an automation type to display only that kind of automation.

  • Associated Person / Business - Use dropdown menus to select people or businesses linked with your deal automation.

  • Pipelines - Select a specific pipeline to view, and the table will automatically update.

You can also use the search bar at the top-right corner to find specific automations.

Viewing a Specific Deal's Automation Sequence

You can view an entire automation sequence for a specific deal:

1. Hover Over the Deal Name

Hover over the deal name and click on the gear icon.

2. Select 'View All Events'.

This reveals the entire sequence of automation that has occurred to date or yet to occur.

Skipping an Automation in the Sequence

Hover over the Deal Name

Hover over the Deal Name, click the gear icon, and select 'Skip'. Our system will then permanently skip that automation.

Note: Regularly monitor your Automations Logs to ensure successful implementation of each deal's automation.
