Managing Reputation Settings
This section provides you with a comprehensive list of your available source integrations. If you haven't yet linked a source to Reputation, the page will be blank.
There are four key operations that you can perform on this Settings page.
1. Managing Source Visibility:
This feature allows you to control the visibility of source icons when dispatching a review request. For instance, to hide the Facebook icon from your review request, uncheck the box next to it. To make it visible again, simply check the box.
2. Disconnecting Sources:
You can disconnect any source from the Reputation app by clicking on the 'Disconnect' option. This will bring up a confirmation window.
If you choose to add a source to Reputation at a later time, you'll need to do this directly within the Reputation app.
3. Creating Response Templates:
Under the Reputation settings, you have the ability to generate custom review response templates. These templates can be used to automatically respond to all your reviews, saving you time and maintaining consistent communication with your customers.
4. Setting Auto Response Rules:
Another powerful feature in the Reputation settings is the ability to set rules for automatic responses. You can determine the specific conditions under which you want the system to respond when a new review comes in. This way, your responses become fully automated, allowing you to manage reviews efficiently without having to manually respond to each one.
