Step-By-Step Guide to Adding DNS Records for Your Custom Branded Email Domain with DreamHost
1. Access DreamHost Account:
Log into your DreamHost domain account.
2. Navigate to the Domains Tab:
From within your account, click on the 'Domains' link on the left-hand side.
3. Manage Domains:
Select 'Manage Domains' in the Domains drop-down list.
4. Access DNS Settings:
Find your domain in the list and click the 'DNS' link beneath it.
5. Locate Custom DNS Records Section:
Scroll on this page until you locate the 'Add a Custom DNS Record' section.
6. Add Generated Host:
In the 'Name' field, enter the Host that was generated in the dashboard.

Choose 'CNAME' for the Type.
8. Input Value:
In the 'Value' field, enter the Value that was generated in the dashboard.

10. Validate:
