Step-By-Step Guide to Using the Reputation Application

1. Access Applications Menu:

Hover over the navigation bar to the left of the dashboard and select ‘Reputation’.

2. Connecting Review Sources:

After you're inside the Reputation application, you'll have the ability to connect your business's review accounts like Facebook and Google Business Profile. These connections allow you to manage reviews without needing to log in to each platform individually.

3. Observing My Reviews:

Once your sources are connected, the Reputation application will automatically begin accumulating reviews. After a brief period, your dashboard should present your historical reviews from each source in chronological order.

Note: For Facebook reviews, due to their privacy policy, reviews will be listed as from 'Facebook User', and no profile image can be provided.

4. Understanding Review Indicators:

Each review comes with relevant information such as the reviewer's name, profile image (if available), the date the review was left, and the review content itself. On the side, you'll find indicators for the type of review left. Positive reviews are marked green and apply to 'thumbs-up' or 4-star reviews and higher, while negative reviews are marked red and apply to 'thumbs-down' and 3-star reviews or lower.

5. Responding to Reviews:

Remember to respond promptly to reviews requiring attention. You can do this by leaving a message in the text box below the review.

6. Filtering Reviews:

As you start gathering more reviews, you can use the left-hand column to filter comments by status (those with replies, those that need a response), rating (by star rating or thumbs-up/thumbs-down), and source.

7. Search for Specific Reviews:

You can locate particular reviews using the search bar at the top of the page. This tool allows you to enter specific terms from the comment or the reply to locate matching reviews.

8. Sorting Reviews by Date:

Use the calendar widget at the top-right side of the page to sort your reviews by date. This allows you to focus on reviews received within a specific period.

9. Requesting a Review:

You can prompt reviews from your contacts by sending emails or SMS messages. To do this, click the button labeled 'Request Review'.
