A2P Brand and Campaign Registration and Their Associated Fees

1. Brand Registration:

There is a one-time Brand Registration Fee of $6.00, charged when you register your brand.

2. A2P Campaign Verification:

You will be charged a $20.00 A2P Campaign Verification Fee for the business that you register and have verified.

3. A2P Monthly Campaign Fee:

Depending on the type of campaign, the A2P Monthly Campaign Fee ranges from $2.40 up to $12. This recurring monthly fee is for the business that you've registered.

Note: This campaign fee may fluctuate depending on the type of campaign you are running. The fees ensure that your brand and campaigns are registered and verified.

Paying the Fees for A2P Brand and Campaign Registration

The fees are automatically deducted from your OneBalance account, which simplifies the registration process by eliminating manual payment transactions. To check your OneBalance, follow these steps:

1. Access Dashboard Settings:

Hover over the navigation bar on the left side of the dashboard. At the very bottom, you'll find a section displaying your name, email, and photo. Click on this section. A menu will pop up; select 'Settings'.

2. Check Your OneBalance Account:

In the left-hand column, select 'OneBalance'. Make sure your OneBalance account has sufficient funds to cover these charges. This is important to prevent disruptions to your SMS messaging capabilities due to incomplete or unsuccessful registrations or campaign renewal fees.
